Elder Dallin H Oaks spoke to BYU-I last week about Religious Freedom and the Definition of Marriage.

I liked this a lot. He very simply explains why it would infringe on the rights of religions to allow gay marriage.
He is a retired Federal Court Judge and Professor of Law at University of Chicago.
There was also a question and answer session.
