HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!!!!

Respectfully, there are words that I should say. For me here are I think some absolutely on the money words. These are based on experience -- I'm sure we all feel similar.

An ounce of mother is worth a pound of clergy. ~Spanish Proverb

My mother [has] a slender, small body, but a large heart - a heart so large that everybody's joys found welcome in it, and hospitable accommodation. ~Mark Twain

A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts. ~Washington Irving

You are a life living, fiery individual and you are beautifully vibrant. Aren't you great, not just fine?! Love you Mom. Okay I am the cheese master. . . but that's already been established for many years -- like this post (that's been rewritten), this blog should be renamed "blog" or maybe "blaag".

well, i'm crying...I have never heard any of those quotes and I've been in charge of mothers' day talks or church gifts a few times. They were breathtaking and so was my son's compilments attached to them. Ziggy was so sweet! I thought at first Chevy Chase was pulling a joke at first cause I never heard of ziggy marley--just bob. The quotes weren't the cheese but ziggy's hat was the pepperjack and his voice was the cheddah--melting all over me after your words. I love you son. Thank you. mom
